Dumisani Ndimande: Director - CIBA

Dumisani is a highly experienced finance professional and Director at LEAP, bringing over 25 years of multi-sector experience across financial services, healthcare, telecoms, and advisory. His background includes leadership roles at Standard Bank and Medscheme, as well as entrepreneurial ventures in the SMME sector. With deep expertise in financial accounting, internal controls, and risk management, he is known for bridging financial rigor with strategic foresight. Dumisani also serves as Finance Executive at Gcwensa and as a Board Member at BlueStream Industrial, where he drives corporatization, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Mapula Molopa: Director – CA(SA)

Mapula Molopa is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Director of LEAP Group, with over 18 years of experience in finance, operations, and governance across both public and private sectors. Her career includes leadership positions at Barloworld, PRASA, Life Healthcare, and PwC, where she played a key role in group consolidations, IFRS compliance, and financial system integration. Recognized for her deep IFRS expertise and operational leadership, Mapula excels in supporting clients through complex reporting environments, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic decision-making. At LEAP, she drives financial performance, strengthens control environments, and delivers assurance in high-risk and regulated sectors.

Phossina Kaserera: Director – CA(SA), RA

Phossina Kaserera is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor with over 15 years of experience in audit, forensic investigation, and financial advisory. She has been a Director at LEAP since 2022 and also leads P M Accountants and Auditors, a firm she founded in 2009. Phossina’s professional focus includes external audits, forensic investigations, tax strategy, and business valuations. Her expertise extends to digital and financial forensics, legislative compliance, and litigation support. Having previously served as a Forensic Investigator at the Law Society of the Northern Provinces and as Audit Manager at Ngubane Company Inc, she brings a wealth of technical depth and leadership to LEAP’s assurance and advisory functions.

Sanele Ndimande: Director – CA(SA)

Sanele S. Ndimande is a Chartered Accountant and Director at LEAP, TRG-Mbuso, and Gcwensa Holdings. With over a decade of experience in financial innovation and strategic transformation, Sanele brings a unique blend of financial stewardship, systems thinking, and technology-driven optimization to every engagement. He previously served as Lead Finance Process Specialist at Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) and held roles at Standard Bank, Woolworths Group, and PwC South Africa and Netherlands. At LEAP, Sanele leads finance transformation initiatives, focusing on process automation, strategic planning, and the design of efficient reporting structures that enhance client value and unlock growth opportunities.

Thulani Zwane: Director – CA(SA)

Thulani Zwane is a Chartered Accountant and Director at LEAP, responsible for financial governance, strategic reporting, and operational compliance across the firm’s engagements. With a strong background in audit and financial management, Thulani’s career includes senior roles at PwC South Africa and PwC Netherlands, where he advanced from Assistant Manager to Manager and led complex audits for multinational clients. His expertise spans IFRS 15 implementation, revenue recognition, treasury management, and financial statement review. He has also held leadership positions at a global consumer credit agency operating in 37 countries, where he managed pricing, valuations, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Xhantilomzi Lwana: Director – CA(SA)

Xhantilomzi D. Lwana is a Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years of executive experience in financial leadership, audit, and strategic advisory across South Africa and the United Kingdom. As a Director at LEAP and DSX Retail, he plays a key role in driving financial strategy, governance, and operational efficiency. His experience includes senior audit positions at BDO UK, the Auditor-General South Africa, and PwC, as well as Financial Controller at Fresenius Kabi.
